The South Plains Region of the American Amateur Baseball Association (AABC) is one of six national regions of the AABC. We consist of teams, clubs, and organizations from AR, KS, LA, MO, OK, and TX. We offer qualifying tournaments in the 18U Connie Mack, 16U Mickey Mantle, 14U Sandy Koufax, and 12U Pee Wee Reese Divisions. We qualify one team in each division from our region to represent us in their respective World Series. Our organization is headquartered in Farmington, NM.

2018 Connie Mack South Plains Regional

Game Format:
This tournament consists of 11 qualifying champions, 1 CMWSQ runners-up, and the host team. It is an AABC bracketed 13 team straight double-elimination tournament. The winner gets a berth in the CMWS August 2-11 in Farmington, NM + $10,000 in travel stipend.

Qualifying teams will register once they earn their berth. There will be a manager’s meeting Tuesday, July 17 at 7 pm at David Allen Ballpark. All teams must have AABC insurance and a playing roster submitted no later than 9 am Tuesday, July 17. Playing roster is 24 max. We will enforce MLB Pitch Smart limits.
